We rented a boat with a license for the whole day (8 hours) and from the first moment they resolved all the doubts that might arise before arriving and once on the boat, Captain Javier explained everything perfectly and even the doubts that arose after leaving. The rental went very well. Although the boat we initially requested was not available due to a technical problem, we were relocated without any issue to a similar one and had a great day. Special mention to Sandra, who handled the check-in and check-out very kindly and professionally, making things much easier for us, thank you very much!

Boat day
We rented a boat with license Q605 Helios for the day.
Everything went very well. We were able to go to the beautiful Es Trenc beach for the day and enjoy.

The booking was done at the office with a lady who spoke French, which is appreciated for us who don't speak very well.

On the day, explanations about the boat were in English.
Everything is very well organized. The gentleman at the port takes out the boat. And we have to meet him back at the gas pump when we return, where he refills the tank. And then we pay for what we consumed once he has put the boat back in its place.
The deposit is refunded at that time.

We will happily come back and recommend Captain Boleor.

Nous avons loué un bateau avec permis Q605 Helios pour la journée.
Tout c’est très bien passé. Nous avons pu aller sur la jolie plage Es Trenc pour la journée et profiter.

La réservation c’est faite au bureau avec une dame qui parlait français, ce qui est appréciable pour nous qui ne parlons pas très bien.

Le jour J, en anglais pour les explications concernant le bateau.
Tous est très bien organisé. Le monsieur au port sort le bateau. Et nous devons le retrouver à notre retour à la pompe à essence où il refait le plein. Et ensuite nous payons ce que nous avons consommé une fois qu’il a remis le bateau à son emplacement.
La caution est reversée à ce moment là.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous conseillons Captain Boleor.

We went there at 12pm and discussed options. The man in the office explained everything thoroughly and we agreed on prices etc and already paid for the rental. He was even so kind to show me what other clients paid for the fuel. At 2.30pm we met with another man who explained the boat and took the deposit. The boat was in perfect condition and we had an amazing day. We even prolonged for one hour, which worked through whatsapp and was super easy. Afterwards, we met again with the man who parked the boat, filled it up with fuel and he then brought us to shore. We paid for the fuel and right after he transferred the deposit back. 10/10, professional company and very nice staff as well.
