If you book a boat from this agency,you will not need to complicate with many details. Usually, you meet at one spot at an exact time, and that is all. Clean boat, friendly and tidy service, delicious food, good music selection, and plenty of life jackets & snorkeling equipment. But there are no fish for snorkeling haha, it was the best experience in Mallorca to watch the sunset and return.

A perfect day on the Alcatraz sailboat, everything well organized and the journey to the areas where we could bathe was very pleasant, enjoying the views in a spacious boat and the crystal clear waters full of fish, the lunch was also very tasty and Nerea was super friendly

We booked the 4 hour trip on the Alcatraz and it was super!! I could spend the whole day on the water. The host was super friendly and helpfull, I also liked a lot that there was a maximum of 12 people on the boat. It was so relaxed. I would recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful service! The woman who works there is so kind and helpful. Buying tickets online may be convenient but it's worth going there in person, trust me..

My two little girls and I enjoyed the day. I was worried about going with two minors, but it was wonderful. 8 hours at sea and it wasn't tiring! Easy to handle, everything in order upon arrival, a short talk and we set sail. They help you get in and out of the port, which is very important! We rented a boat to spend the day with some friends, in our case a brand new Bayliner E6, in very good condition. Baptiste responds very quickly and is super attentive and punctual upon arrival and return. We recommend it 100%. Good value for money.

We rented a boat without a license with my friend (both 21 years old) and the experience is just unique! Baptiste is very friendly and takes the time to answer our questions.
The boat is easy to maneuver and perfect for having a great time.
We also received a map explaining the areas where we can go or not, which helps us to navigate well.

Really smooth process - booked online and recieved a WhatsApp stating the meet location, time etc and what to expect.
Met our guide at the harbour and signed our paperwork - paid the €500 deposit, I was a bot worried, but this was refunded in a matter of minutes on return.
Bluetooth on board and shaded area both resulted in a fun trip out.
Engine was noisy, but what do you expect ??
Dropped anchor on the east side of the bay..about 45 minute trip there.

Boat in very good condition with sufficient power to go around the bay in 4 hours. We were able to anchor not far from the coast and swim with the fish. The initial explanations about the places to visit given by Baptiste (if I remember correctly) are clear. Thank you for this good time.
