I wrote a mail as offer request two months ago. Immendiately I got answer and I have seen the staff is really helpfully and kind. They want to do my prepared day perfect. I asked some sport equipments, some food, drinks with ice. Everythink was prepared. The boat was a brand new one, with 150hp engine. We got some advice and safety training and than we went to our trip. The countryside is amazing! Must see it! The color of sea is incredible! I really offer Boleor to everyone who want to rent any boat with or without licence. I would like to highlighted the person who was my contact. His name is Baptista. Nachdem er mehrere Male bei Boleor gemietet hat, hat er sich jetzt die Extrameile für uns geleistet und ein größeres Boot „Rip“ organisiert, das für unsere ganze große Familie geeignet ist. Sehr geräumig und sehr gutes Verhalten des Bootes auf den Wellen, auch das Donut-Spielzeug war nicht nur für unsere größeren Kinder großartig. Reiten, sondern auch als gutes Hilfsmittel zum Entspannen an den Ankerplätzen. Immer gerne Baptiste, eine Person unseres Vertrauens, auch diesmal auf „See“ mit der ganzen Familie, auf das Material muss 1000 % Verlass sein!

Great experience! The whole booking, contact and the boat itself where outstanding. We were even asked, if we wanted to change the day of booking due to bad weather. Whenever you want to charter a boat in Mallorca, go there! They are really great.

Boat day
We rented a boat with license Q605 Helios for the day.
Everything went very well. We were able to go to the beautiful Es Trenc beach for the day and enjoy.

The booking was done at the office with a lady who spoke French, which is appreciated for us who don't speak very well.

On the day, explanations about the boat were in English.
Everything is very well organized. The gentleman at the port takes out the boat. And we have to meet him back at the gas pump when we return, where he refills the tank. And then we pay for what we consumed once he has put the boat back in its place.
The deposit is refunded at that time.

We will happily come back and recommend Captain Boleor.

Nous avons loué un bateau avec permis Q605 Helios pour la journée.
Tout c’est très bien passé. Nous avons pu aller sur la jolie plage Es Trenc pour la journée et profiter.

La réservation c’est faite au bureau avec une dame qui parlait français, ce qui est appréciable pour nous qui ne parlons pas très bien.

Le jour J, en anglais pour les explications concernant le bateau.
Tous est très bien organisé. Le monsieur au port sort le bateau. Et nous devons le retrouver à notre retour à la pompe à essence où il refait le plein. Et ensuite nous payons ce que nous avons consommé une fois qu’il a remis le bateau à son emplacement.
La caution est reversée à ce moment là.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous conseillons Captain Boleor.
